Information Collected in App and Web site
In order to maximize your experience and to provide you with enhanced products and services, this app and web site may collect personally identifiable information from you including your name, e-mail address, billing address, phone number, and credit card information. For example, we collect information when you invite someone to a scenario or if you become invited by someone else, register an account, make a purchase from us or sign up for one of our premium or enhanced services. Some other examples of instances when we collect personally identifiable information include when you subscribe to one of our services. Others examples of when we collect personally identifiable information are when you:
Complete a survey, register for blog posts, promotion, contest, make a purchase inside the app or from our online store, send us an e-mail message, complete an inquiry form to receive additional information, submit a photo or video, participate in an online forum or community.
We also may collect certain information through automated means, such as:
Specific geographic location where you are currently located, e-mail you, information about your device and device capabilities, information about your device operating system, information about the applications on your device, information about how you use our services, your activities on the Services IP address, device identifier, carrier, browser type, browser, URL etc.
Chat Sessions, Comments and Submissions
In the case of participation in a chat session, i e inside a scenario, we require you to select a user name. Please be aware that chat sessions are monitored and transcripts are posted in the app and on the web site for access by other users or by us. Any information including personally identifiable information, that you submit during a chat session, in comments, in community discussions, in any other user comment field, or in connection with your content submissions, including photo and video submissions, can be read, collected, or used by others who access them, and could be used by other users to send you unsolicited messages or business purposes. We are not responsible for the information, including personally identifiable information you choose to submit in these forums. We are not responsible in no means how you use the app or web site, who you invite to participate to a scenario, and so on. We are not responsible for any, what so ever, for the information or business information, such as revenues, hitrates, number of sales reps and so on, you may put into the app and web site.
If you write texts (such as comments or business data) or upload, rate or share videos or photos, you have to be registered and logged into this feature, and you will be required to provide us with a user name, email address and password. If you provide us with content, including, without limitation, submissions to one of our services and user comments, any metadata, including, without limitation, geo-location and tags, in that content may become publicly available.
In certain instances in our services, you will be able to input specific location information. For that service, we will ask you to input specific location such as address, city and state or zip code. To offer you certain services, provide advertisements based on your physical geographic location, and engage in the other uses described below, on some devices we provide you the option to opt-in to allow us to use your physical geographic location using GPS, cellular network location based services on your device, or browser services. You may at any time opt-out from these geo-location services by going to the settings on your device. If you have one of our mobile application installed on your device, you may also opt-out from geo-location by going to the “Settings” menu (if available) in the device and/or app and toggling location services off. Toggling location services off will also disable certain services in the application, including alerts.
Alerts and notifications
In certain of our services, you have the ability to receive push notifications. To provide these services, we may need to collect your email address, phone number, device information, and mobile carrier information, in addition to the zip code or geographic area to which the alert, update or notification pertains. If you no longer wish to receive these types of notifications you may opt-out by turning them off within the settings of your mobile device or the particular service for which you registered.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide to help fulfill your request or in connection with the operation of the site, for example to service your account, conduct a transaction that you have requested, display information and advertisements that match your interests and profile, notify you if you’ve won a contest or sweepstakes. We may also use this information to improve the working of the site or compile demographic statistics about our users and their use of the site. In Sales Scenario you may start a private discussion about your specific sales scenario with a world leading sales expert, who is committed to help winning your deal. You are anonymous by default, except for your account name: that’s the only information the expert will see that is generated from the system, unless you by yourself tell privacy information in the chat dialog. Sales Scenario cannot be responsible of any information provided in any chat dialogs whatsoever. The discussion is available as long as you have a valid subscription. Sometimes an expert quit, but you may always start a new discussion (as long as you have a valid subscription).
